1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 54bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the 54bt platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 54bt platform. 54bt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 54bt platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 54bt is strictly an adult platform and takes age verification seriously. Providing false date of birth information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register a user account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 54bt, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

54bt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or address at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent closure of the account.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 54bt platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether individually or in conjunction with others, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any outstanding balances being forfeited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated throughout the duration of your account.

• You must provide your legal full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your registered email address and phone number must be valid, active, and accessible by you alone. These are used for account authentication and support communication.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 54bt support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

54bt reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or if it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful activity. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, 54bt may retain any funds associated with that account in accordance with applicable law.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 54bt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 54bt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 54bt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such transactions will be reversed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed once KYC verification has been completed. 54bt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability. 54bt may apply withdrawal processing times of up to 48 hours in standard circumstances.
• 54bt does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside of 54bt's control.

Any funds deposited into a 54bt account that are not used within twelve months of the last account activity may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee, as notified to the account holder in advance. Dormant accounts may ultimately be closed in accordance with applicable law.

5Bonuses and Promotions

54bt offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General conditions that apply to all 54bt bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 54bt reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players wherever practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or assigned to another account. Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion carry the same wagering obligations as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

54bt does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Seasonal or event-specific promotions, including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, or ICC tournaments, are offered at 54bt's sole discretion and are subject to the individual promotion terms published at the time.

6Responsible Gaming

54bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 54bt recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides the following tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period as set out in the Responsible Gaming policy.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 54bt platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity connected to criminal proceeds.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

54bt employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and relevant authorities to investigate suspected violations. Any winnings or balances associated with a prohibited conduct finding will be forfeited in full, and 54bt will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account closure under this clause.

8Intellectual Property

All content published on or forming part of the 54bt platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, page layouts, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of 54bt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the 54bt platform is strictly prohibited.

The 54bt name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 54bt. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, trade name, or proprietary mark belonging to 54bt without prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 54bt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 54bt platform, even if 54bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

54bt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond 54bt's control may result in temporary service interruptions. 54bt's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy

54bt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. 54bt will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

11Amendments to These Terms

54bt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 54bt will notify registered account holders via email or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Your continued use of the 54bt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact 54bt support to close your account.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by 54bt in accordance with the legal framework applicable at the time of the dispute. 54bt encourages users to contact support in the first instance to resolve any account or transaction dispute before pursuing formal legal remedies.
